Greg, my husband just bought it here in the UK. I’m going to our independent book shop, Daunt, will ask them to order your book. It was there that I bought Virginia Guiffre’s I’m Nobody’s Girl as well as my daughter’s archeologist friend and Cambridge professor book on the Crusades. It was reviewed by the FT giving it a great review. The bookshop bought a few copies but found out how popular it became, they took orders.
