In the greater scheme of things, my family dumping Amazon hasn't even been a drop out of their bucket. But, it's a large step for my family. Especially since I'm an introvert who dislikes shopping in physical stores. Amazon had enabled me. But, I'm over it and have used this as a personal growth opportunity. Convenience has become "king" or "queen" in most people's lives, but the costs tests our principles.

Brilliant as always, Greg. I usually rant and rave in my posts, but I today would just ask everyone in this country read and more importantly, internalize and understand Greg’s paragraph that begins with “The United States in 2025 is some horrible combination of 1930’s Germany and 1780’s France.”

That paragraph captured fully this awful, terrifying and fateful moment in our history, and we all need to pay attention. I weep for my children and grandchildren, and despite the rising protests the vast, vast majority of our fellow citizens do not notice or care what is happening………
