I feel like a new level of madness has settled over the world. A week ago today things seemed normal - given our current circumstances. And then all of a sudden...the schools in my area decided to switch to mask optional. The few schools that chose to keep the mask mandate have had protests at school board meetings and outside of the schools. A few days later our Governor announced an end to the state-wide indoor mask mandate and the requirement to show proof of vaccination. It's very disorienting especially because we are still have an active Pandemic going on!

I have not been following this story closely. How appalling these knuckle-draggers are. Is there space enough to lock them all up?
