Finally, journalism that does its job. What is it about those Kentucky senators?

Owned. They are owned.

Thank you, Greg. Totally true. Either a paid or blackmailed scumbag.

Or just a useful idiot. He IS dumb enough.

American Media turns a blind eye in studied ignorance, all this while. Connecting these dots isn't hard but thanks for doing it succinctly

Thanks. Rand is the most obvious.

“It’s easy to forget, in the swirling maelstrom of shit that was 45’s presidency, but Helsinki was the all-time most embarrassing showing on the world stage for an American president.”

No, it is not easy to forget. That Helsinki meet-and-greet is a hideous low point in Presidential history. All-time worst. 🤮

I wasn't paying much attention back then, Roland, but when I "saw" Helsinki, I cringed.

Hi Lynell. Yes. I completely agree with Greg, it might easily be the absolute worst spectacle in U.S. Presidential history. I still cringe when I think about it.

BTW, Good to catch up with you! Also, many thanks for leading me to Greg's substack. I am learning so much!

Good to say hi to you too! Thanks for coming over to Greg! He is a genius researcher. Also, it’s nice to have a conversation in a living room. Over on Heather, it’s more like an auditorium, a convention center, or a baseball stadium. So many people.

There are some people that I’ve gotten to know outside of HCR. I had a long conversation with TC on Lucian Truscott’s site. Also, he reveals things about himself on Lucian that I never saw on HCR.

I like reading your posts, too. My measure is if I can read a sentence two times or less and "get it," that's who I want to follow!

Will have to give LT a look-see. Thanks.

Agree completely. The acoustics are off the charts!

Ditto here Roland.

Greg’s work sells itself. It still baffles me that he doesn’t have tens of thousands of followers. My wife was just saying “he’s a good writer.”

Thank all of you, and your wife, Roland!

Nothing comes close.

There is nothing the slightest bit questionable or outrageous about your assertions, Greg. You make it quite clear that Rand Paul is working for Putin.

We know that Trump is working for Putin. Until this article, I didn’t know the exact name of the person who changed the Republican Party’s platform regarding Ukraine, but it’s been clear for years that this glaring policy alteration was for Putin. Dana Rohrabacher was working for Putin. McConnell. All the dirtbag traitors from Congress who flew to Moscow on a July 4 no less, we know they’re all working for Putin. Manafort, Flynn, all taking money from the head of Russia’s mafia, perhaps through intermediaries and front men like Deripaska.

The infiltration and corruption of the American Congress by Putin is quite extensive. These assholes really stand out, because when they say things in support of Russian policy, it’s pretty glaring.

It’s money. Lust for power, and money. When you combine deep stupidity (amorality) with the desire to have power and influence, you get these Republican crumbs. My auto-correct printed “crimes“ instead of “crumbs,“ but in this context those words are clearly interchangeable. Auto-correct got it right.

The Republican Party seems to be a magnet for deep, intractable stupidity. These guys will take any money that is offered them, and I don’t care what anyone says about McCain, he’s no hero, he’s an idiot just like the rest of them. What effing fool, what completely stupid idiot, would accept the offer to celebrate a birthday on a Russian oligarch’s yacht? Do you think that Schiff, Raskin, Maloney, Pelosi, Biden, Slotkin, Tlaib, AOC, Whitmer, Bass, Swalwell, Waters, Durbin, Feinstein, Hoyer, Speier [insert name of intelligent Democratic member of Congress or known U.S. official here] would ever accept an offer like that?

Not in their worst nightmare.

McCain deserved to lose. He is another clueless sap on the wrong side of history who had no idea what he was really doing. Sorry Cindy.

When the breadcrumbs are so moldy and obvious, the trail is easy to follow - either by sight or stink. You led us all from point A to point H... eight steps straight to Putin. Nice.

This is so shallow and I'll probably regret posting this but seriously, has anyone done a wellness check on the thing atop Rand Paul's Head?

It molts.

While I don't condone violence, I think at least a couple hundred million Americans view Paul's neighbor as a true American patriot hero.

Excellent column.

Accurate and factual history.

The bad news besides traitors.

The GOP's head is caught up in making sure the US is White and "christian." And women stay home and deliver. And its time to start killing Democrats and homosexuals. They are unable to get passed the threshold of thinking required of sane persons.

May your "Chem Trails" make you happy.

If you are not up to date on the 50 year history of Hitler's troops taking over Idaho. Huffington Post has the latest news.

Long but a good read.

“Hitler’s troops”? GOP? Can you provide a link? I’d love to read it.

Roland if i manage to get off my cell phone into my ancient laptop I'll try and cut and paste a link. Otherwise i read the Huffing Post article a few days ago. A search of Idaho and GOP and right wing groups should find it.

Thanks for pulling all the threads together into an indictment of Paul's blatant disloyalty to the country. So much for his oath of office. On a side note, he has to be smuggest senator of all time.

It would be fun to do a list of senators ranked by smugness...I think Cruz might be more smug? Hawley maybe? Hard to decide.

So sad that a senator from our own nation would betray US like that.

Thank you for this. I was intrigued to see complicit with Paul was the Cato Institute, courtesy of the Koch Kleptocrats. We know that the Kochs have been connected to Russia since the 30's, but this is different: supporting a Senator (and a President?) in treason.
