I know I thought of Alex Jones immediately before I even got to the part where Kat mentioned it. I cannot bear to even accidentally turn the channel to faux news. It is disgusting and Tucker makes me cringe.

I didn't understand why Rupert did not mention Carlson when he did Hannity and those other women. I wondered if he was sparing tucker from under the bus, but I kind of heard that Tucker was indeed mentioned elsewhere.

“Inside Tucker Carlson’s head”.....now that’s going to be cramped. Sort of like a medieval oubliette.

Greg or the readers, what happened to the outrage by sponsors of this network?

I have a bad habit of copying links from readers of substacks that I trust. But then I don't remember where they come from if I wish to forward them on. That said, Check My Ads is a website that posits advertisers don't place ads on the internet themselves. They use ad exchanges. So the idea is to tell the ad exchanges to "stop funding the insurrectionists." Check My Ads will send you pre-written templates and contact details in your inbox. You can use those contacts to "fire off" emails directly to the ad exchange executives.

They say: "Fox News is trying to overthrow the government. You can stop them."

Disclosure: I have yet to join myself. I do not have cable or satellite, nor subscribe to any streaming services, so am not sure if it would be helpful to someone like me. But it sounds interesting.

Wow, one of my questions for Kat would have been, does Media Matters switch people in and out of what they watch? Did she draw the shortest straw? Does she get help from the PTSD she must experience on a nightly basis? I can't even HATE WATCH Tucker Carlson! She must have an iron constitution. I will listen later today, for sure!

Haven’t listened to the video yet but honestly, the draw to F**ker is mind-boggling. In the olden days, he wore bowties and looked like Orville Reddenbacher. Now, he looks like he too, wants to be a dictator like DeSantis, as he uses his bully pulpit every single frigging day on a faux news channel! Rupert gladly pays his lead liar a handsome sum to carry out his wishes which is fascism, anti-semitism, and racism. Rupert will never be anything but a pig. He is now an American citizen but his citizenship should really be revoked. Let him buy his own island somewhere and take his mob with him. Let him keep his sports channels but nothing else. Wish the FCC had some backbone again. Okay, I’m done.

Murdock not Assange should be prosecuted

The prevarication of oleaginous ordure, spewing from this mendacious, bow-tied connard. Clearly, is a huge part of the division in this country. True dat Greg! I have a difficult time believing that even those peerless in vacuous idiocy haven’t uttered the words, Va te faire foutre, aka fuck off, after listening to his nattering nonsense! But as Murdoch has pointed out, it’s all about money, truth be damned... I’ll listen in on this conversation a C bit later.

Wow, Greg. That gal should get an Over and Above the Call of Duty Medal. Thanks for having her on.

No one at the network is more bullish on Hungarian strongman Viktor Orbán, more skeptical of vaccines and masks and public health measures, more pro-Russia in the war in Ukraine, more damaging to the LGBT community, more in lockstep with the radical right—and more careful about disclosing his own personal conflicts of interest.(article) Greg Olear
