I have come to love so many people here on Substack and you, my dear Lynell, are one of those people. Here on Greg’s site, and also on Heather’s and Lucian’s, there are so many sweet, smart, and good-hearted people. Thank you, Greg, for hosting such wonderful people. Like attracts like. It takes a special person to attract so many special, wonderful people. If you are reading this, consider yourself appreciated and loved.
Morning to you, Lynell! It is glorious in So Cal today. I’m trying to stay positive, and the beauty of spring keeps my hope alive that bleak seasons come and go, but there’s always April.
Taking a break and posting a beautiful picture gives all of us an opening to appreciate you and each other (and Mama Nature, the planetary being which provides us the material substance for this human body which clothes our essence).

Gorgeous tree and I imagine the flowers are magnificent! I wish you a Happy Easter and a Happy Passover to my tribe! I am calling this weekend “Happy EastOver”.😃
Now that's some serious tree you got there, Greg. Long may it live and prosper!
Where is the emoji of the Vulcan greeting when you need it? Ah, here it is.

LOL...Morning, Roland!
Morning Lynell‼️🥰
By the way I like the Ukraine colors, very nice.
Thank you, Roland. Did you notice the sunflowers at the bottom? Remembering the elderly lady who "offered" sunflower seeds to the Russian soldier! https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=sunflower+seeds+ukraine&view=detail&mid=CD22FEE54ED5B57A6E68CD22FEE54ED5B57A6E68&FORM=VIRE
How can I forget? “If you are a Russian soldier, come to Ukraine to die”

BEST tourism slogan EVER! I love that woman, and hope she's still OK.
That, too!
That's a Japanese cherry (Prunus serrulata), and it is beautiful!
Beautiful, it is...Morning, MaryB!

I believe you're right! Assuming these do not produce actual cherries, as this tree does not.
Greg the some kind of magnolia is a weeping cherry but still beautiful! Have a great Easter weekend with your family!
Thank you!
What a gorgeous tree! ( It doesn’t look like a magnolia though.) Enjoy your day off!
Beautiful Tree! Enjoy Spring Break!
What a GLORIOUS tree! Enjoy your weekend.
Time to listen to Pink Moon by Nick Drake :)

Thank you, good sir!
It seems unfair that tree only blooms two or three weeks out of the year. It's really striking!
And when it does, I really do try and soak it up. I spent most of the day yesterday under the tree!

Thanks. EastOver! Perfect name!
Happy Easter, Greg!
Thanks, you too!
That’s a glorious Japanese cherry tree in your backyard. Catch you later. 😎
