Wonderful, Greg ❤️ What you say about Clinton is very sad, especially the removal of capital export controls, which was the key for the super-rich to suck all the money out of the USA and EU, and send most of it to autocratic, GOP "hated" China. Shameful and the main reason for the death of Detroit and manufacturing in America 😥

Joe Biden has five portraits directly across from his Resolute desk in the Oval Office.

The largest and central portrait is of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who for most of his presidency knew he was dying and rose to greatness anyway.

Joe humbly sees the greatness he can bring to America, through his swansong, his last great work on earth.

Godspeed, beautiful Joe.❤️

William I love your insight into our President and your blessing for him. Thank you!

William, I too laud your support and blessings for President Joe. It's becoming harder and harder to find as the MSM and the MAGAt hordes try to destroy his legacy every chance they get. It also helps take some of the sting out of a "F--K BIDEN" flag that went up on a new neighbor's GIANT flagpole this week. the place for the U and C is an American flag, because the flag itself is SO VERY American. I've never met them, now won't, and have formed an opinion about them that is unlikely to change.

Helpful information. I’m not old enough to remember Clinton’s policy sins. It’s no wonder Hillary wasn’t met with unbridled joy. I didn’t expect Joe to be this good. I’m happy to say he’s been terrific. Here’s to another term. I hope he lives to be as old as Jimmy Carter and as healthily. Thanks again Greg for your excellent writing.

"...I don’t think liberalism can work without labor.” I agree. The republicans courts blue collar workers through grievance. Joe Biden is courting them through empowerment. A thought that keeps running through my head is: Employee Owned businesses. I shop at a grocery store named Woodman's Market which is employee owned. Here's an explanation from their website: "Being an employee-owned business, Woodman’s is quite different from large corporate grocery or big box stores. We believe in our employees and look to them for innovative ideas that advance our company’s growth. Many of our employees have long tenure at Woodman’s because of the excellent benefits, competitive salary and exceptional working conditions." I think this idea would reduce the number of billionaires and therefore reduce the exploitation of workers.

But will the Robots agree to dues check off.

My 88 year old lady friend's grandfather, a "Wobblie' served time in a Federal prison as a IWW organizer.

Clinton's support of corporations was wrong.

His NAFTA legislation murdered many Mexican farmers and others.

Plus my fellow federal agents were refused by the DOJ to arrest Bill for his support of large illegal drug shipments when he was governor.

Have we really had a "qualified honest" president since IKE.

Even Obama supported his Wall Street pals. And assassinated american citizens without trial.

Aint humans great?

I think I've been slowly re-evaluating Clinton's presidency over the last two decades, and have to say, without fear of stones being thrown at me (!) that all in all, except for the surplus at the end, he wasn't really what you might call a "great" president. "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," NAFTA, Monica -- I mean... But hindsight is 20/20, as the saying goes.

To be honest, I didn't expect too much from Joe, but look what he brought! And now labor is back in the spotlight. It is HIGH TIME that people that own things like auto makers, and film and TV studios realize that they're simply suits in an office. The REAL work being done to make these companies look good and profitable, is performed by the labor -- "the "little" people -- and they should be treated with the respect and financial security they deserve. When I hear things like X auto company turned a profit of $XX billion dollars in a QUARTER, it's insane to think that there should be ANY argument about paying workers well. Maybe the CEOs could manage to not go below the poverty line on a few million fewer dollars per year? That, of course, is crazy-talk in the corner offices. Assholes! UNIONS forever!

Hmm. Wonder what Teamsters Jimmy Hoffa and East coast mobster Russell Bufalino would say about the Joe Biden they got elected the first time Joe ran for office???

Biden’s signature climate law, the Inflation Reduction Act, only provides a full $7,500 tax credit for EVs with certain percentages of battery components mined, assembled and manufactured in North America.

“What the Biden administration is trying to do is actually bring jobs back from China by investing in revitalizing American auto manufacturing.” Made in USA 🇺🇸 #Renewables

Yes, Biden is definitely for supporting workers and the middle class. And the Republicans hate that so much they’re trying to impeach him—anything to end this idea of power to the people!
