Nunes is another pro-Trump, anti-American Putin stooge who, if we had a real attorney general, would long ago have been on the wrong end of a United States vs. case.

Follow the money. Among other things Kompromat. leads to money leads to Kompromat which leads to more money and more Kompromat, the true circle jerk. How does this vicious cycle begin. EGO! BEING A Congressman chairing an important committee was not fulfilling enough. Along come MAGA appartchiks and the hook is in, the kool-aid drunk. Ego stroked and the cycle begins.

Devin is in the grips of the seven deadly sins, pride, greed and envy front and center. MAGA represents the ultimate corruption of man and its foundation is found in its new gift, the bible.

Ok, that last line had me laughing out loud. Great information. While reading this I realized that I don't even think about Devin Nunes every day like I used to! What a relief to spare myself from sending negative energy his way! One thing I know about "The Man Who Sold the World" is that he considers all and any money he has paid to other people as "his money". I wonder if he has already tried to get back the money he's paid Devin Nunes? Now that would be "Karma".

Now that you mention it, Nunes would be DJT's ideal running mate; Cheney to DJT's Bush, as it were.

He has the both the legislative knowledge and the malicious intent to implement Project 2025. He's been paid off, apparently, and appears to be deeply vested in the current events and maneuvers. I doubt they would need another Pence-like #2 to appeal to a certain religious constituency...they now have the developed cult. Remember, in gangster organizations, it's #2 that does the work, farming out the dirty details and handling the muscle. There is also the implication that there is 'other' backing for #2, so him taking over would essentially be the final act. Trump is a loud means...the second act would be devious and quiet.

That’s more than I ever wanted to know about Devin Nunes, but it was interesting. I have a casual acquaintance who claims to have met Trump at a social function years ago, and thought the man was absolutely charming—the kind of person that you like because they remember your name. It takes a special con artist to form a cult that sways (apparently) millions of people, and Nunes apparently got charmed like all the rest of them.

I despise Nunes and wish he’d find himself sharing prison space with trump. In light of all he had access to I’m not sure why he’s still walking around free. But then so’s trump so DOJ has other things to do?

Nunes is, and always has been, that dork in school that everyone made fun of because he was such a dork. He'd be the one staying after school to pound out the chalkboard erasers for the journalism teacher so that MAYBE he'd get a few column inches in the next edition of the Tulare Union High School newspaper. He was probably also on the yearbook staff where he'd fight with his colleagues about whether or not the Mathletes, of which he was a mascot, would get a half-page picture or a quarter-page in the "Clubs" section. Then he found Congress, and because of the geography of his house, got elected over and over and over, where he was pretty much a non-entity until Trump came along and made him SOMEONE because of what he was willing to do to debase himself to Agent Orange, thinking that it would get him somewhere in life. (Nice resume material there, Devin. Good job!) Of course he ran off to "Truth" Social. Once Trump was gone -- LOSER in 2020, don't you know? -- what else was he going to do, run for Senator? President? LOL.

Like Gail (Chicago) said, it's nice not having to think about this ineffective toady every day or worry about whether he was going to try to blow up Congress again, or scamper across the White House lawn in the dead of night, but it's also a good time to have a few moments in a blast-from-the-past kind of way. NOW, Devin Nunes would be eaten alive and spit out on the steps of the Capitol. Can you imagine this guy in there now? He better hope Truth Whatever stays afloat long enough for him to save some money for his future, but he should also remember that he's been "touched" by Trump, and we know what happens after that. Not only a dork, but a very stupid man who is incapable of reading writing on the wall. They still amaze me. The abject stupidity burns.

Former U.S. Representative Nunes is yet another unforgivable traitor who sold his soul and sold out our country for Trump, the sadistic and turncoat ally of Putin and his WWIII on all democracies and people. We must never fail to be shocked at the criminality, corruption and acquiescence of the MAGA Cult AND those across all three branches of our government who keep allowing them to get away with their harm to our nation and people.

I’d therefore add something like this missing caveat in brackets to the second to the last paragraph of this post (aka essay):

“Among all House Representatives, Nunes ranked 269th in net worth in 2018. I don’t think his fortunes changed much while he was in Congress. It’s not unreasonable for him to cash out—for the erstwhile dairy farmer to, ahem, milk the situation. [Except for the fact, that he knowingly “sold his soul to the devil” to do so.]”

Another possible addition, [That is an especially appropriate metaphor given Nunes’ longtime Congressional position on U.S. intelligence matters; the mountains of public evidence on Trump’s connections to Russia; Nunes’ own first-hand experience of the violent and Trump-led insurrection in Congress on January 6th; and Trump’s continued attacks on Nunes’ own party, on the Democratic Party, and the American people in so many ways both before and after Trump’s attack on our legislators and U.S. Capitol which is thankfully still standing.”

* Also hear just some of the reported traumatic experiences of the trapped legislators who weren’t able to flee as quickly as Nunes during the insurrection which he no doubt heard very well about, too:

Odds are Nunes will be tRump’s pick inorder to provide a semi respectable front, or the brains behind the insanity riddled gilded throne. However, his nervousness re: Carter Page et all, suggests he may have had his own Ru entanglements somewhere along the way, & now with the current revelations of Russian off shore mob money behind so much of trumps loans & investors etc., that there are many questions ahead for Nunes. PS I always believed the Steele Dossier 100% ; that’s how trump rolls.

Can’t see an article about old Devin without laughing at the 🐄 memes. Nunes & his🐮.

What a crooked politician he’s been. It was a relief when he left politics to manage the failed & ironically named “Truth Social”.
