I have long felt that, pick anything that you want to believe, and you can find others that believe the same thing and/or a supporting school of thought.

This is fascinating. I always post your newsletter on Twitter and on my FB page. I added this comment just now along with the link to your newsletter:

"True story:

Years ago, when my late husband and I were heavy into long distance running, we were also on a major duty health regime. We attended a "snake oil" seminar of a sorts in those days, in which the presenter (a doctor and a marathon addict) recommended a cocktail of literally dozens of "vitamins" that would make one disease-free, strong, resilient...you name it. There was a vitamin for whatever ailed you or for anything you even THOUGHT might someday ail you. So, like all "snake oil" aficionados of that decade, we purchased a plethora of vitamins and ate them faithfully, almost like food.

One night, after working late, I stopped by the local grocery store to pick up a bottle of Dolomite for my late husband. He usually purchased it and I was having trouble locating it, so I asked the pharmacist on duty for help. He told me where to find it and then asked, "Why are you taking Dolomite?" I replied that it was for my husband; he was a long distance runner and needed it for some reason. He then said, "You do know that it contains arsenic?" When I got home, I exclaimed to Jim, "That Dolomite you've been taking has ARSENIC in it!" To which he replied, "I don't take it. You do."

I don't have a lot of wrinkles. Maybe that's why?"
