Feel better. You make Sundays so mellow and full of beauty and thought. Thanks.

Good Sunday morning, Greg. Thank you for these wonderful pieces. Right now, I am listening to Ludus: Con moto - Chicken Soup for your ears! If nothing else, I hope it keeps you "busy" as you head for a healthier you.

My husband is having a hard time sleeping. So, I suggested that he listen to some classical music to soothe him to sleep. Maybe it'll help him. (But the cats, Monkey See and Monkey Do, enjoy using his reclined state to play havoc in the nocturnal hours.)

Love your cat names.

Thanks, Jeri. They named themselves after I watched whatever Monkey saw, Monkey did, or something like that!

When I was an undergrad at UNC Chapel Hill in the early 70s , Byron Freeman (RIP), who was a Juilliard and UNC schooled pianist, owned the Carolina Coffee Shop, on Franklin Stree (still there). Byron (IMO a cool beatnik sort of guy) played classical music helping create a warm convivial hygge sort of vibe, at the Carolina Coffee Shop. It was my Sunday go to place to not only enjoy the amazing pecan pancakes but to also feed the soul and, as you write, “heal the spirit…” I have forever since, on Sunday mornings ‘round my house, tried to replicate something similar to the relaxing but thought-provoking vibe Byron’s scene had turned me on to way back when. Your Tabula Rasa suggestion surely works! Wishing you a speedy total recovery/thx for sharing…✌🏽💙👣🎶🕶💚♾

I went to UNC for a summer session in 1969. I loved the whole experience there.

Get well soon Greg. Will listen to your recommendation Tabula Rasa. Now that my Browns totally wasted my time last weekend I look forward to NBA season and see if we can handle Knicks!

Thanks, Christine. Spoiler alert: you won't be able to handle the Knicks. ; )

The Northeast is the region of the U.S. with the highest prevalence, making up an estimated 74.9% of COVID-19 cases, according to the CDC.

It’s important to get the updated vaccine. Only 20% of adults ages 18 and older have received the updated vaccine, CDC data shows.

I wish you a speedy and full recovery soon and thank you for the Angel music 👼🏼

Feel better soon Greg. We've not caught covid yet. ( Big on hand sanitizer, as recommended by our pharmacist.)

But..please get some good, well deserved rest. ;)

I'll have to check out your music choices. In need of something soothing, given the current political climate.

Greg, yes do whatever soothes the Covid beast. Oddly I now seem to like silence best, but know Arvo Paart’s music. There’s also Fauré’s famous requiem as well as Rutter’s gorgeous one.

Hoping you feel better asap!!

Silence is also wonderful. I like to have music on when I nap, to mark the time.

Stay rested. Your body knows how to heal itself.

Definitely don't try to "power through it"; you can cause tissue damage.

Thanks, Rick. I'm not powering through, as my couch can attest...

Thanks, Jim. But not as exciting as the Chiefs winning in the most Buffalo way possible!
