See Chris (MN by way of WI) and copy!

I had no idea about the Kutti connection until this moment. I don't remember this detail coming out by the Freemans during the J6 hearings. All I heard was that they were threatened/intimidated but no details.

Glad to be a Prevail subscriber as most of what is coming out these days is not a surprise since Greg Olear was on it from way back when. Thank you, Greg!

What happened to Ruby Freeman, and her daughter Shaye Moss, is so Despicable, Terrible, "Should-never-happen-to-anyone", and just plain wrong on so many levels. I find it completely creepy that the perpetrator's of this ridiculous scheme are walking around amongst us. For details please see this article: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-campaign-official-set-up-meeting-where-georgia-election-worker-was-2021-12-21/

Thank you, Gail. Despite reading all I could find back then, I never saw/read about any of this before now.

There is a video of their meeting in the police station that I saw shortly after it happened. It is so creepy to hear the conversation. And that it took place in a police station! Trevian Kutti still stands by what she did. She feels perfectly justified. No shame. It's completely insane.

Well done on the fly transition Greg! I can’t help but wonder when little Mikie Flynn, his brother Charles, Stone and the other coterie of criminals will have said “anvil” dropped on them... but this is merely those involved in the RICO Georgia scandel ... I missed a few elections officials who allegedly brought a team of computer geeks in to hack the voter registration as well... exceptional piece Greg, the house of cards is falling!

Thanks, Patrick! Well, there are thirty unindicted co-cos, which seems like both a lot and not enough. If the other indictments didn't get the attention of the sycophants and enablers, this one certainly will. SCrew all of these people.

Absolutely Greg, the connards that drink his brand of kool-aid, follow such a vile narrative should all be stripped of their freedom. This country is a steaming hot mess, because of a moronic TV show clown…

This is SO great, I mean today’s piece! Yes, last night’s news was not surprising but still riveting. The “cover image” will be captured, shared and rotated! 🤗 Maybe on my desktop. Bravo! 🙌🏼 Rereading...

Thanks, Steven. Chunk included a healthy number of recently indicted folks in our opening credits. The pool table means the law is coming for you!

I’m an insomniac, and my night brain gets consumed by bad news about climate change and politics. So I normally I try to turn off the news and watch fun animal videos before bedtime. But I slept well after listening to the news last night!

Methinks a lot of flipping has already been done. The smartest of the people we know were involved were not charged.

I've been thinking about it, and it's because of the other indictments. It's not just Trump and his houseboy this time.

Happy for this to finally happen, but reading the indictment last night just made me mad again. What this comes down to is that 49 people, give or take, decided to try and overturn a fair and free election because ONE MAN, the loser, didn't like the results, and from there, attempt to take over our government in a coup designed to keep Trump in power, forever I assume. It bears repeating that the entire situation is absolutely disgusting, un-American, and criminal. I hope this jury finds all of these people guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Something else Fani said last night is that there is no probation for RICO charges in Georgia. Whomever is found guilty WILL serve time in prison.

I agree, Steve, as usual. Legal Twitter is going through the statutes of RICO in Georgia and their heads are exploding. Broader in scope than federal RICO. Easier to prove in court of law. Harsher penalties. The state will take every dime all of these fuckers have. It's delicious, except that it is so sad that it got to this point.

Here’s a bit more about Eastman and the Claremont Institute from Katherine Stewart published in the New Republic. “Claremont represents something new in modern American politics: a group of people, not internet conspiracy freaks but credentialed and influential leaders, who are openly contemptuous of democracy. And they stand a reasonable chance of being seated at the highest levels of government—at the right hand of a President Trump or a President DeSantis, for example.” And as everything else, they are men of money, willing to purchase their candidates. A truly frightening group of old white men. https://newrepublic.com/article/174656/claremont-institute-think-tank-trump

The chances of typos and little errors go up when I write the whole thing in one go, as I did yesterday, but man. That's the worst one I've ever done! Other than the times I can't subtract properly.

I was actually thankful for your "error" because it made my brain lock up and I had to do a hard reset... It also seemed like it belonged there! I got the biggest kick out of it, so thanks.
